TOOBS: Trojan Online Offense Bulletin for Students - tracking crime in the USC community as reported by DPS (Department of Public Safety). A system to better visualize crime in the surrounding area.

Our web based application accesses a database in which we have stored DPS crime logs. With this information, it gives the user the option of selecting filters to show specific groups of crime reports. These can be filtered by using any combination of date, time, type, and location. When the desired filters have been selected, the page will produce a list of the logs in a user-friendly readable format as well as provide a map layout of the location each crime listed as well as some graphs that provide useful statistics to the user. This application was designed for its usefulness within the USC community. The application uses HTML/CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, Ruby, MySQL, PHP
